The Nilfisk 3997W is one of the most powerful mobile industrial vacuum cleaners in the Nilfisk IVS range. Designed for extremely demanding industrial environments, this heavy-duty machine provides exceptional suction power and continuous operation for collecting large quantities of dust, debris and production waste.

Powered by a 20kW three-phase induction motor, the 3997W delivers very high airflow and suction performance, making it ideal for large manufacturing facilities, heavy industry and continuous cleaning applications.

ATEX and Special Versions Available

The Nilfisk 3997 platform can also be configured with specialised versions including ATEX-certified models for hazardous environments where combustible dust may be present. These machines comply with ATEX directives and can be used in Zone 21 and Zone 22 areas.

ATEX configurations include conductive filters, antistatic components, grounding systems and certified electrical parts to ensure safe operation when collecting combustible or explosive dust.

Advanced Filtration System

The vacuum is equipped with a large L-Class star filter with approximately 66,000 cm² filtration area, ensuring efficient dust capture and maintaining strong airflow performance. Optional filtration upgrades include M-Class, H-Class or PTFE filters depending on the application.
